OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide quality behavioral healthcare services through a cooperative partnership between our clients, caring staff professionals and community resources by implementing our slogan, “Changing Lives One Day at a Time”. To make a difference in the lives of individuals with a mental illness by becoming the provider of choice by exceeding the expectations of those we serve by providing exceptional, patient centered, evidence-based, mental health care.

Our vision is to empower others to reach their full potential with the quality of life they deserve. Servicing all of Hampton Roads Area. Individuals receiving services from (IES) Innovative Enrichment Services, LLC participate in activities designed to enhance their mental health care experience through a culture of caring, quality of life, safety, innovation, and effect positive life strategies and outcomes. We use a person-centered approach, which incorporates the individual’s natural support system and community resources, as well as provide Clinical Supervision to all staff.
